Thank you for your interest in Venice on the Creek. The following sheet must be returned with payment to secure your reservation. Please call us with any questions or problems at (303) 893-0750 or email info@veniceonthecreek.com.
1. I understand, and have included with this document, that 50 percent of my total due plus a $50 late fee deposit must be received to hold my reservation.
2. I understand that the remaining balance is due any time prior to loading the boats on the day of the reservation.
3. I understand that I may only cancel my reservation by phone (a message left at (303) 893-0750) or in person a minimum of 48 hours prior to my groups' reserved time.
4. I understand that if I cancel more than 48 hours before my reservation time than my deposit will be completely refunded in the form of a check, and that this check will be mailed no more than 7 days from my cancellation notice.
5. I understand that if I have to cancel for any reason less than 48 hours from my reservation time, I will forfeit my initial deposit of 50 percent plus the late fee.
6. I understand that I am responsible for having my group ready to load the boats a full 10 minutes prior to the reservation time.
7. I understand that the late fee deposit will be forfeited if my entire group is not at the loading area and ready to load the boats at my reservation time.
8. I understand that if my group is not ready to load the boats 30 minutes after the reservation time that I will forfeit my entire deposit of 50 percent plus the late fee, and I will not be able to ride without special permission from the manager on duty.
9. I understand that if I arrive on time my late fee will be credited toward my total due.
10. I understand that if my ride has to be canceled because of inclement or dangerous weather, than I may reschedule or receive a complete refund of my deposit in the form of a check, and that this check will be mailed no more than 7 days from my cancellation notice.
For Groups of Children
11. I understand that I must provide an adult to ride in every boat in my group if the children are younger that 8-years-old, or if the children cannot sit still and follow directions for the full course of the boat ride.
12. I understand that it is not the policy of Venice on the Creek to provide life jackets for riders. I understand that if I feel that life jackets are needed, I must provide one jacket for each child riding on the boats.
13. I understand that each boat may be able to hold more than six children comfortably and safely, and that the boats will be filled to capacity based on the size of the children.
14. I understand that failure to comply with any and all of the above will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit of 50 percent plus the late fee, and that my group will not be allowed to ride.
