Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Our rides fill up very quickly (sometimes two weeks ahead of time) and we strongly recommend that you make a reservation. We do fill any non-reserved rides with walk-up customers.

Q: How long are the rides?
A: Our Full Ride takes 60-70 minutes, Half Ride 35-45 minutes, and our Candlelight Ride 40-50 minutes.

Q: Where do the rides start, where do they go?
A: Rides start at Creekfront Plaza between Speer Blvd and 14th St on Larimer. All of our rides go downstream from Larimer St. CLICK HERE for maps to our ticket booth.

Q: How many people fit on a boat?
A: Our boats fit up to 6 adults. There are three bench seats on each boat that fit two people each.

Q: How long have you been doing this?
A: Venice on the Creek has been taking people on boat rides down the Cherry Creek for 11 summers.

Q: How do we get back after our ride?
A: All of our rides are "roundtrip" rides, and they end at the same place that they start.

Q: Do you only offer "roundtrip rides"?
A: We do offer "one-way" rides when our schedule permits.

Q: Is Venice on the Creek the same as Punt the Creek?
A: Yes we changed our name to Venice on the Creek to better describe what we do.

Venice on the Creek reserves the right to refuse service or stop the ride at any time and for any reason. Service will be refused and rides will be cut short for, but not limited to, any of the following:

1. Inclement Weather (at our discretion)
2. Other safety concerns
3. Customer intoxication
4. Customer refusal to follow directions from the punt operator.
